Virgin Atlantic will begin flying to Austin in May 2022

From May 2022, Virgin Atlantic will launch a new route from Heathrow to Austin, Texas, marking the airline's first new destination in the United States in seven years.
From May 25, a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft with economy, premium economy, and Upper Class cabins will travel four times per week on the new US route.
Austin is Texas' fourth largest city and home to an increasing number of technological companies, including famous names like Apple, Tesla, Facebook, IBM, and Oracle, earning it the nickname "Silicon Hills."
