Need to make better roofing decisions in '22?
Do you really need that new roof? How do you find out?

Building Owners I speak with are unhappy with the long lead times for construction materials. In a recent poll 64% thought the supply chain issues will not resolve until 2023.

The should be concerned, a large roof project bought out today will likely not be installed until Q1 2023. In addition, many owners are frustrated because they spent Capex budget in the past on the “squeaky wheel” facility, to find out too late the budget would have been better spent elsewhere, or are worried that they may be overlooking the alternate roof solutions.

Is this the time right to make better roofing decisions? How do you that?

Maybe this is the right time to look at Roof Condition Audits, to make better Asset Management decisions.

Perhaps, now more than ever, before making roofing decisions, it makes sense to determine this about your roof portfolio:

· Need,
· Budget,
· Estimated remaining service life,
· Develop accurate long-range forecasting.
