New Construction Home Tour In Augusta, GA

It's always fun looking at new homes so I couldn't resist! With so many people moving to the Central Savannah River Area because of jobs at Fort Gordon and Augusta, Amazon, John Deere, and many other opportunities, I wanted to give those moving here from out of state a tour of the different types of new construction they could find to call home.

This is a tour of the Mill Creek Plan by Ivey Homes and it's located in the Windsor neighborhood in North Augusta, SC (approx. a 24 minute drive from Fort Gordon's Gate 1). When I filmed the tour this home was listed for $409,900. Below is the link to this plan on the Ivey Homes Website.
