Thursday's on my new month-long training program are BRUTAL and today was no exception. 3 workouts, 3 high intensity efforts. Definitely didn't feel like getting the pool today, but big goals require big efforts...

Today's workouts consisted of:
- F45 6am class
- 46 minute run
-- 8 min warmup
-- 3 x 9 min efforts @ 6:30/mile pace
- 2,350 yard swim
-- 500 yard warmup
-- 11 x 150 yard Zone 4 sprints
-- 200 yard pulling cooldown

This is the second week of a four week program for Elite Triathlon Off-Season Training, to raise your base and take you to new levels.
