The Hanging Band Bench Press From Stabil FIT Life #StabilFITLife

The weights bounce around as you perform the bench press which forces you to use all of your muscles to stabilize the barbell which can have you work harder than normal.

This is an advanced exercise, DO NOT TRY WITH HEAVY WEIGHTS.

For example, if your max is 135lbs, try this with 105lbs.

Make sure to check the resistance bands you are using for rips and tears before applying bands to weights.

If your using iron plates, be aware of the condition of them. If they have any sharp edges from dings, this can rip right through the bands.
