Supreme Court Stays the Ban on Private Business Jabs! Caves on Healthcare Providers

Quasi-victory from the Supreme Court of the United States this afternoon. By a 6-3 Vote, completely down party lines, the OSHA Mandate Stay was reaffirmed by the Court, meaning that it cannot be implemented. Whether or not private companies will simply carry on is beyond the scope at this time and what States ultimately try is a discussion to have later. Right now, there is no Federal Mandate. Win!

As for Healthcare workers, there will be a jab or job policy on the books. Kavanaugh and Roberts sided with Sotomayor, Kagan and Breyer in siding with the Feds. Thomas' dissent paves a path to victory, something that many Attorney Generals from various States are picking up.

It was a bad day for Uncle Joe, but this was the body blow delivered before the uppercut later.
