Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson moves forward with lawsuit on mask mandate

Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson is moving forward with a lawsuit that claims Douglas County Health Department Director Dr. Lindsey Huse did not have the authority to issue a mask mandate without approval from Nebraska DHHS.
