Interview with Leevi Babb (Blue Shutter Investments)

Born and raised in Carl Junction MO, Leevi grew up in a working class family. Hard work was key at a young age. Leevi graduated from Carl Junction High School in 2014. After receiving his entrepreneur certificates from MSSU in 2016, Leevi got into construction at age 19 learning the ends and outs of the trade, which then led him to pursue a career in real estate sales a year later. After a year in sales, he started investing with his first deal, a creative finance deal in 2018, and another 2 properties acquired in 2019. In 2020, Leevi purchased 11 properties, and in 2021 he purchased 61 more properties, reaching a total of 75 going into 2022. The goal for 2022 is to reach 300 doors total, focusing on multi-family and commercial properties. In addition to investments and real estate, Leevi takes a considerable amount of time to help other companies in the community be successful through business coaching, teaching them how to build their business strategy, develop a brand, and become profitable.
