Last week, a software engineer from South India and Bitcoin Billionaire, Vignesh Sundaresan (also known as MetaKovan) made the headlines for making the most expensive NFT purchase. This week, in Christie’s auction, MetaKovan purchased an NFT piece titled “The First 5000 Days” for $69 million from artist Mike Winkelmann, better known as Beeple.
