Zillow, The Housing Market, & Correction Beginning

The housing market has been on a tear over the last year; however, Zillow's earnings and some details coming out about their business help expose some cracks in the system that "experts" kept saying was strong. This situation opens the door to a number of possible scenarios, but I think a significant correction in home prices is the most reasonable.
