LAPD and County Officers, when they aren't being undermined by their DA's and Elected officials, are acting like petty tyrants, enforcing the heinous coof restrictions on the people trying to earn a living. Massimo Forti, the owner of Novo Cafe has amassed over $100,000 in fines for having the audacity to trying to earn a living. Shame.

Also, you have two officers who shirked their responsibilities and decided to catch a Snorlax while playing Pokemon Go! instead of responding to a robbery in progress. Your California tax dollars at work!
