Job Numbers Disappoint...Again & The REAL Unemployment Rate

Job numbers came out 1/7/21 and disappointed yet again with a missed projection (over a 50% miss, Projected 422,000 vs. Real 199,000) even though unemployment fell to "3.9%". The claims the economy is "roaring back" has been seemingly somewhat false for some time. Also, the picking and choosing on inflation numbers and unemployment numbers is pretty telling that they are giving people the most accurate numbers.

Yes, some workers are getting better jobs. Yes, some wages are rising. Yes, some businesses are doing well. All this being said, I feel like there is a significant gap still for most companies and individuals as inflation continues to erode any wage gains that do occur (many have yet to see wage increases).
