Bill Gates plans on Depopulation of 1.05 Billion people and is clearly stated here with a aim of killing these numbers.
His aim was to reduce the population by 10-15% of the current population
Today we have 7b people.
10% of 7b = 700m
15% of 7b = 1.05b
That is simple maths - as he mentioned. Hear it for yourself

So it is very clear to Bill, his plan was to "DO A VERY GOOD JOB in VACCINE" to bring the Population Growth to NEAR ZERO
