Manhattan District Attorney Downgrading Some Felonies

Manhattan has a new district attorney, and with him comes major policy changes. Some felonies are now misdemeanors and other acts of crime will not be prosecuted at all. NTD spoke with the Republican candidate who also ran for the seat.
