It takes a lot to be an educator, and Tom Borthwick has A LOT to offer!

This week we have Tom Borthwick as our guest. Tom has been an educator and advocate for over a decade. He is an accomplished teacher, author, and former school board member at the Scranton School District. He is currently running for the Scranton School Board, among a field of other great candidates.

Tom doesn’t pull any punches and actually has solutions to go along with criticisms. We talk in depth about the systematic failures throughout the years, current WTF problems, and his shared compromises to bring the School District back to it’s once great place to work and learn.
