Dog brings owner her coat when he wants to go outside.

DeeOhGee surprises me daily! This morning it was so cold that I put off for a little bit going outside to feed the horses. DeeOhGee had been watching me intently but he had already been outside once so I knew he didn’t need to use the bathroom. I sat down on the couch and he ran over and got my jacket and brought it to me. I thought well I guess he needs to go out. We went out for a little bit and then came back in. After about 30 minutes I got to wondering if him bringing my jacket was just a fluke. I ask him if he needed to go out. Then told him to get my jacket. To my amazement he went over and pulled my jacket off the back of the chair where I had left it earlier. He brought it to me again. With that said I wouldn’t let him retrieve a good jacket. He’s a little rough. I know other dogs will go get their leashes for their owner. I just surprised me that he relates going outside with my jacket now.
