B Encouraged: John 12 - God's Presence Gives Clarity of Sight in the Night (1/12/2022)

Looking at John 12, we see a vivid contrast between those who want to hide from Jesus in their deceit and those who seek Jesus for the light He gives. It is a complex chapter with a deep story line in which Jesus reveals himself as Messiah by humbling riding on a donkey, and Mary reveals Jesus as Messiah by anointing Him for His burial. But then the story line goes 'weird', unexpected with language of death. Jesus encourages them to be full of the light - that they may see in the night. Be Encouraged - God fully lights up unexpected nights we are walking through.
