As of today I have not been infected with Covid or presented Covid like symptoms. I don’t hide in the house, on the contrary, I participate in a number of well attended protests, I’ve flown, I go to restaurants and even to the movies. I don’t wear masks. What I do is take a variety of vitamins and supplements, and what I’ve started doing recently is using a nebulizer with Hydrogen Peroxide.

In this video, I talk about how to safely and effectively prepare a hydrogen peroxide/Saline solution which I use daily.

This is the recipe I use:

* 8oz Distilled water — 1 Cups

* 1 level teaspoon sea salt

* ¾ teaspoon of 12% Food Grade H2O2
