"It will be possible for you to escape it"

Modern protestants will say that Shepherd of Hermas supports the rapture when it indeed doesn't. Escaping the great tribulation in Orthodox Christian belief means something entirely different, sometimes depicted as Angels of God bringing the faithful into secret places of earth and feeding us and praying with us until the Tribulation passes and Antichrist gets obliterated by Jesus Christ's second coming.
