I had to type this out myself. This book is invaluable and gives most of the information you need on end times. From Church Father Saint Andrew of Caesarea.
Saint Jerome says that Antichrist will come from Babylon which is modern day Iraq. Saint Andrew of Caesarea says he will come from the region of the Euphrates. So my conclusion is that he will come from Iraq since Iraq is in the region of the Euphrates. its possible he can also be from Turkey or Syria since those two countries are in the region of the Euphrates.
