Welcome to another week! Today was a pretty lean day; just an F45 session. We didn't have any triathlon training scheduled, because the 2.5 hour bike ride yesterday definitely required some recovery today!

This is the second week of a four week program for Elite Triathlon Off-Season Training, to raise your base and take you to new levels.
