During meditation our minds can tend to wander off into thoughts and feelings. By using music as an anchor, we can help stay in the present moment and focused on our intention. Don't beat yourself up if you find yourself drifting away, it's all part of the process! Just gently invite your awareness back to the music and the breath and all will be well.
