The President of Turkmenistan presented President Putin with an Alabai puppy

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Russian Leader Vladimir Putin on his birthday and presented him with a puppy alabai. The dog got the nickname Faithful. Berdymukhamedov noted that the Russian leader is attentive to environmental issues.
