ROOT OF POLICE-FBI ENTRAPMENT METHODOLOGY (1 of 3)

Discussing the very beginning of the roots of the methodology used by government and criminal informants, officers, agents, and sometimes operatives, to entrap, entice, coerce, subdue, manipulate and blackmail the unsuspecting and why they do it.
Note two things: civilian entities' members use basically the same methodologies, and; not all sheisters' activities are readily apparent: Malachi 2:15(b), 16 (b) (2nd sentence in each paragraph (wife here means God, or otherwise can mean a set of proper values and standards)).

Note: In the intro, I'm not saying that there aren't those who claim to be and are not, or that it can't be lost, simply that if you know you're right, then you plow ahead, continually improving.

Having investigated government corruption with the FBI in several states, the worst I've seen and among the worst the FBI has seen, in this video's arena is Wabash County officialdom. I've had to thwart many attempts by former I.S.P. detective and Wabash County Sheriff Bob Land, and/or his informants, to covertly quench my investigative efforts against government corruption. That corruption, or at least most of it, lies within covering for nefarious informants, misuse of information and misusing skills learned while attending a federal special school in 1999-2000. He picks and chooses select, key people, dissenters against corruption, to try to subvert, while presumably performing most of his duty properly; that is the case with most corrupt cops, agents and other officers. Concerning his participation in the CIA probe against DOJ : L.E. corruption, Bob did not do some things properly, and may have tried framing a just investigator with that guy's own information he showed to Bob, and probably from phone-computer hacking.
Bob got caught in some kind of crime or offense, by the FBI in 1998 (possibly something trivial and fabricated to look bad), and instead of being charged, Hoener made a deal which had Bob go to a federal, probably FBI or CIA, school, and secretly work for Hoener, which was a trademark of Hoener. It was the same situation with Terri Weaver, a Prosecutor's detective, and many informants and a few cops in and around Wabash County, Indiana; probably only Bob went to the school, though others may have.
The entire agenda was nothing but a psy ops, intended to further the program of mind & behavioral control which Hoener was involved in with agencies besides just the FBI, including the U.S. Dept. of State.
Terri Weaver is/was a Mafia associate, and has coerced others to be as well; she has/had a fairly sizeable informant network. Incidentally, in '94, Hoener/Blackjack told me that he liked the Mafia better than the FBI. Personally, I'll give him that, in certain ways; the Mafia generally has the attitude of, 'if you don't bother us, we won't bother you.
Additionally, the Mafia keeps their subordinates (associates and fringe people) in line. One problem in Wabash County is that many of the informants are Mafia associates or on the fringes, and abuse their opportunities.
To abuse authority (officers) or opportunity (informants) and misuse data is unacceptable, not to mention colluding with a criminal enterprise.
One big scheme, and scam, that Wabash County, In officialdom pulls, is to secretly have informants harass a dissenter, covertly or otherwise, enough to cause them to react in one way or another, either making a report, exhibit unusual reactions or making a threat or affront, then use that to justify "investigating" the situation, usually via other informants. Then they begin to worm their way into more personal lives, business or groups, coercing-"recruiting" more informants, thru implied or implicit lies, creating even more false pretenses, eventually gaining power in that area or arena.
Terri Weaver has/had quite a network of females, and some males, under her, going around, mostly as busybodies and runabouts, checking things out for her, doing more presumptuous coercing-, entrapping and such, than anything, most notably Kay and Ruth McKinley, and a couple other females, likely under her, named Whisper, B., Anna D. and/or proxy, Wendy Conliff, Matt & Crissy (Seabolt) Sluss and Mandy O., as well as FBI informants with the Ft. Wayne FBI, and an individual who certain Wabash personnel have tried to pass off as being me, one, as I know him, Richard Oswego, who is reputed to have a number of children, by various mother's; his real name may be Charles S. He does have two or three proxies.
Some years ago, around 2000, FBI Special Agent Hoener asked me if I gave consent for them to use Oswego in my place of investigating, for a special purpose. I said no. There were some, not Hoener, who actually wanted to have Oswego use my identification, to which my reply was rather medieval. I took measures to prevent both, but they did get him slipped in covertly, to investigate; he bilked them, as always, but has always distanced himself from me.
Oswego and I could only pass as brothers, nowhere near identical, though a Gephart (or Gephardt) from Wabash has fooled some into thinking it's me, in collusion with Keppel. But what they do is to say that it's me (in this case, as they do that to others as well) doing disguise by changing posture, gait, mannerisms, facial expression, etc., not using prosthetics, which is how informants generally always do it; Terri Weaver and others know who it is.
I haven't been with a woman since 1998 (and never a male), never dated around after high school, busy working and doing projects.
There are a few plots they've been attempting to pull off; I, and others, know exactly what, why and how. We're waiting.
In 2017, after relaying some important info to Bob Land, which is misused could have easily and likely did, jeapardize the case and lives, I emphasized, with federal authority thru the CIA, as a civilian advisor-sleuth, that under no circumstance was Jon P
Keppel, Sr. to work any of it or be given any info at all. Shortly after, Keppel was around meddling; he has a history of criminal activity, both on his own and as an informant, being chief among nefarious operators.
I've also experienced and observed Bob Land, as State Trooper and sheriff, to intentionally endanger people who investigate/blow the whistle on both government and civilian corruption, with the intent of coercing- them into protection, so-called. It's all on record with the FBI.
Another major factor in the entrapment, coercion and seduction arenas is certain elements of the organized church, many of whom are in association with the police and/or DOJ, using church teachings to spy on people and uproot them, misusing spiritual principles they've learned, spiritual warfare in an offensive mode being the root of psychological warfare, when utilized with ulterior motive, i.e., trying to subdue humans rather than evil spirits or forces, especially for personal gain or a secular agenda.
