Mandi is a former collegiate volleyball player, high school health teacher and has since adopted the self-proclaimed titles of taxi driver, nutritionist, doctor, therapist, personal trainer, cancer survivor, photographer and chef, all since marrying her soulmate and becoming a mother.

Mandi has publishing her first book, The Birthday Suit Book which serves as a resource on how & when to have that difficult & awkward, bird & the bees conversation with your child. Her book launched on October 5th of this year.
