Sadhguru: If your mind took instructions from you, would you create anxiety?
Just do this simple sadhana, all of you. If you can't do any other yoga, this much you can do, isn't it?
You will see, half your anxiety will start settling down
because essentially the conflict is, there are two dimensions within you.

No. So don't look for answers elsewhere, elsewhere, elsewhere.
