396 stairs to an amazing view in Prachuap Khiri Khan - monkeys everywhere

We start the day in front of the most beautiful city shrine in Thailand. It’s modeled after a Khemer temple where locals go to make merit for advancement at work or good fortune for people wishing to move to the town. After a short visit there we go up the 396 stairs to the top of the temple mountain to enjoy some amazing 360 views of the city and bay. On the way up to the temple see one of the two types of monkeys that are native to Prachuap Khiri Khan. This type of monkey is very aggressive so climbers need to beware, as I find out later in the video. The temple is amazing with a gold chedi, Buddha and cave at the top of the hill. There is also a second way to the top that includes a giant ladder that is show you during the video. Enjoy!
