Sundays are for deadlifting in The Sanitarium

So, back to the grind these last few days since chillin over the holidays and with it comes Sunday Deadlifts...YEAH BABY!! Lol...

Nothing like spending an hour or 2 on a Sunday pulling heavy weights... off the floor....repeatedly.....here in Lockdown gym!

Several warmup sets of 2-3 reps then singles starting at 405.

My previous "current" PR is/was 425lbs (first lift, which is #8 in my marathon of 15sets.
Then here, my new PR 430lbs for this set (#9) plus 2 more sets of singles.

I did a drop to 405 for a single then 3 sets more at 315 for triples!

Damn its starting to get reeeeeal heavy :/
