Jeff Wayne - War Of The Worlds - Disco Singles (1978)

Jeff Wayne wrote and produced a rock opera of H.G. Wells' War Of The Worlds which was released on Columbia Records in 1978.

It was narrated by Richard Burton and featured some leading musicians of the day, including Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues and Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy.

I have had the War Of The Worlds album since 1978 but I didn't realize that any of it had been released as a Disco Single until I recently came across this 12 inch single, originally released in 1978, in a second hand record store. So I bought this one and put it on the channel.
