US Govt Suing Auto Repair Shop That Paid Former Employee in Pennies, Claims Was Illegal Retaliation

If you want a good example of how poorly the Biden Administration is being run by his handlers, this definitely is one. A Georgia auto repair shop owner is being sued by the Department of Labor in part for his paying a disgruntled employee his last check in pennies. The Government is trying to claim that the repair shop owner doing this somehow constitutes illegal retaliation. This is when, as far as I know, pennies are still considered legal tender and good for paying all debts, both public and private.

In this video we take a look at Biden’s Department of Labor going after a guy for actually paying his former employee, as opposed to trying to stiff him, partly due to the payment method chosen.
