Does the Austrian Vice Chancellor Kogler's vehicle plow through demonstrators?

On Twitter and several Telegram channel is alleged, that the Vice Chancellor's official vehicle was involved in a dangerous incident. Werner Kogler (Greens) is said to have been in the vehicle. The incident has not yet been officially confirmed.
