Orbs?

I’ve be rather dubious about the subject of orbs for quite some time. Always satisfied with the logical explanation of dust and/or insects, I disregarded any appearance of such things as being cause by the fore mentioned. However in this clip the insect question can be eliminated as the temperature at the time of filming was 10* Fahrenheit. Hoping for feedback as to what was caught here, and perhaps how to tighten controls on future videos.
