London doctors quitting over jab mandate, staff shortage; mostly 30-40 yr old vaxxed in cancer ward

London cab driver shares what a clinician passenger, who works in the cancer ward at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), told him. Since top doctors refuse to get the COVID jab, they've quit over the mandates. This has led to a staff shortage, requiring clinicians to take over the doctor's work. The clinician shared that there are mostly 30 to 40 year old people in the cancer ward. This is partly due to delayed care, but mostly due to the jab which causes DNA damage, thereby turning the cells cancerous. The clinician is very worried about what will happen during the next 12 months.

Despite this story lacking in verifiability, I chose to re-share it anyway, because we now have at least 2 plausible mechanisms for sudden cancer growth caused by the jabs and other sources which ARE verifiable.

The first mechanism is explained by dr. Michael Palmer:

The cationic lipids (lipid nanoparticles) in which the mRNA molecules are encased (in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines), will cause the cell's mitochondria to be damaged. This in turn will produce highly reactive oxygen species (ROS), which will damage DNA. Damaged DNA causes cancer. Said differently, the lipids used in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines increase cancer risk.

The second mechanism is explained by pathologist dr. Ryan Cole. It has something to do with Toll-Like Receptors (TLR) being downregulated. If I understand correctly, these receptors have something to do with cell death of cancerous cells. If they are downregulated, cancerous cells stay alive, possibly leading to the death of the host.

Dr. Cole has information from colleagues of his who tell of patients whose cancer was in remission, but then suddenly and quickly metastasized after the jab.
