Sawmill Came Apart Fast! Did I Miss Something?

We did some basic servicing on the OS23 by Frontier Sawmills in one of our last videos. We replaced a bearing and the drive belt. I guess the belt should have been a little tighter. We end up really dialing in the sawmill in this video. It will either work or it will not. We are trying to finish up the big Southern Yellow Pine log that was left on the sawmill after the blade popped off sounding like a gun. The T25 by TYM Tractor is quickly becoming my favorite tractor. Its size allows it to get in and around easily. The Mini rake grapple by Precision Manufacturing grips the logs well and is not too long.
After talking with Nathan from the Out of the Woods YouTube channel, I think we may have a fix.
