The Huge Importance of Noncompliance

Noncompliance breaks the shackle between a (nascent) tyranny and the huge mass of people. We respect the governments, but when they are issuing out laws at odds with our our inner sense of morality and truth, we cannot comply to them, but have to stick to the truth.
