Local Schools and Police departments in Erie County illegally handing out Covid test kits

Why are local schools and Police Departments handing out test kits in our communities and to our children? This is a medical procedure and should only be handled by a medical professional. By handing these out, these officers and school officials are acting as physicians without a license and that is a felony in this state.

These Covid test kits have been recalled by the FDA, they have killed people and they have an ingredient on it that can cause death if inhaled.

Could it be these tests are being distributed in an effort to make sure case counts stay up? Have these law enforcement agencies or schools done any research on these test kits at all?

Every person who is handing these out is now personally, civilly and criminally liable for any injury caused by the test kits.
