Squating in The "no more lockdown Saniturium House of Pain" gym!

After a couple of weeks completely overhauling the "SANITARIUM" gym and doing fitness bunny training (nothing wrong with fitness bunnies, although I do prefer women who lift) it was time to get back at real lifts!

First time squating with my new 32mm Black Zinc squat Bar and man o man was it a treat, different, but a treat!

So use to squating with a much thinner bar at 28mm that this bar had zero, and I mean ZERO flex or whip! Thoroughly loved it!
Could have gone heavier as each set (5 working sets of 3, itemized below) felt like I was in control with no movement at all from the bar!! BIG GRIN!

Set #7 3 reps at 275lbs
#8 3 reps at 290lbs
and #9, 10, #11 (seen here) 3 reps at 295lb

Dropped to 225 for 8 then 6 sets of 350 with trap bar, 5 reps each for you know, cardio purposes! These sets did gas me 100%

BIG goals this year as I progress to my 60th in 4 months time!

It'll be fun....
