Do we tend to forget about something important? Quite often yes.
But are those forgotten things going to make or break it? If you are running a high stakes and consequences business or gig for sure.
If you are just going on about your day like some Bloke, well there isn't much to worry about then.
But, that's the thing. Humans are fallible and tends to be easy to sabotage, not only their Biology is quite flawed and prone to failures. But their minds are also mishandled. They shouldn't be used for storing junk or trivial information, they should be using them for solving problems, just like evolution intended.
