GTA Modder - Phantom2930 - 07/01/22

This player started our Modder hunt last night. We were flying around in an avenger and Morty couldn't figure out how this guy didn't die. His claim for modding was so he had protection against other players. This is one of 20 video's of this player I clipped last night some of which has doxxed information so I cant post. Fortunately I have an open dialogue with a tier 3 support person at Rockstar atm and these will be provided to him directly

However by the end of the night he was doing something called a pedo drop. Dropping pedestrians from the sky so players can pick up the money. it is a literal money drop.
