MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. —
There has been a change in policy after a former Martin County Sheriff's deputy was caught making fake arrests during drug busts.
The sheriff's office made changes soon after Steven O'Leary was arrested for tampering with drug evidence during traffic stops. He was sentenced Thursday to 13 years in prison.
