Koningsdag / Kings Day in Amsterdam city with the crazy Dutch, April 2017 from Vondelpark to Jordaan. Checking out the fun real city center celebrations and street parties early morning with the locals, before the hoards arrive after midday listening to Martin Garrix. Checking out Amstelveld for young children selling sweets and clothes. Vondelpark for children and families to perform, set up games, and sell their old clothes and toys. We then visit the Jordaan and check out the cute door-step markets, crazy sales tactics, and festivities in the little streets, as well as sipping the atmosphere, local beer, and celebrating Willam Alexander and family in typical dutch style. Maxima is a great hostess. Beatrix with the Bitterballen. Then into the center, the Wallen, and Niewmarkt for more fun as the masses, farmers, party people, and already intoxicated teenagers arrive to urinate everywhere and block the streets like a scene from the walking dead haha. Anne Frank house was open. What did you do for Kings Day? Did you visit Amsterdam, or planning on it? Let me know your thoughts, love to hear from you. Hope you like the video, it's all a bit of fun.
