​Protesting Lockdown Outside TVNZ - Billy TK and Vinny Eastwood Arrested!! - 18 August 2021

Billy TK and Vinny Eastwood were arrested 1pm Wednesday August the 18th while protesting the level 4 lockdowns outside tvnz in central Auckland. They were held overnight next to Mt Eden prison and denied phone calls in or out. Both have been released on the bail conditions to not have any direct or indirect contact with each other. Not to own or possess any internet capable device and not to access the internet. A 24hr Curfew is also in place this is till their court date on September 10th. Vinny is not doing well at all as this incident has triggered his complex ptsd. He had multiple panic attacks while in custody and had to sing loudly to calm himself and prevent more. One of the cops said he was pretty good actually. Billy and Vinny face up to six months in prison and up to $4000 in fines per offence.
