Another Plank Variation From Stabil FIT Life #StabilFITLife

Challenge Your Planks, this is another plank variation you can do.

Make sure you are proficient with bodyweight planks first before adding weight to back.

Lay bands, colored cones or markers in front of your athlete, partner or client. Call out the colors they need to tap while in the plank position. Duration, depends on the person, 30 secs up to a 1 minute.
