Today was another big day of training with 3 workouts scheduled:
- 6am F45 Class
- 6-mile Maximal Aerobic Power Run
- 2,300 yard swim

That run was a killer because it was the same concept as my bike ride on Tuesday; designed to improve my ability to tolerate exercise at high intensities. When you complete this after a leg day at F45...you're cooked

This is the first week of a four week program for Elite Triathlon Off-Season Training, to raise your base and take you to new levels. This is NOT an easy program, but for the lofty goals I've set for myself this year it will be worth it. Here is a link to the program on TrainingPeaks if you'd like to try it yourself:
