Plastic Surgery Procedure -- Posterior Body Lift and VASER Guided Silicone Suction and Removal

This patient had unfortunately gotten silicone injections in her buttocks, and since then it's migrated to her groin and hips. So Dr. Katzen is going to make an incision on both the top AND bottom of the patient's buttock to make sure we remove as much silicone as possible, and then also removing all excess silicone from the groin region. After that, Dr. Katzen is going to perform #VASER High Definition liposuction to give the patient more of a chiseled shape on her abdomen.
