When speaking with Building Owners we find many want to make better sustainable decisions. They often mention they’d like to make better environmental and sustainability decisions as it relates to their building. They are particularly upset with these facts:
· Unhappy to find out 70% of the plastics in the US are not recycled.
· Frustrated that 50% of all roof tear-offs are unnecessary.
· Concerned that they are not meeting their #ESG goals.

What they are looking for are options to make better roofing decisions, and if possible, to send less material to the landfill. They want better options.

What do those better options look like:
· Insulation recycling.
· Membrane recycling.
· Ballast repurposing.
· Roof restoration.
· Liquid-Applied Roofing.
· Using proven roofing materials.
Moral of the story: Use the Right System in the Right Place and reduce the mount of materials that go to the land fill, and get a roof that lasts longer.
