Simple Granary loaf

Strong flour 350g - 12.3oz

Granary flour 350g - 12.3oz

Dried yeast 8g - 0.3oz just under 2 tsp

Sea salt 10g 0.35 exactly 2 tsp

Warm water 430ml 0.75 pints
