Train of Nepal - Nepal Railway Station vlog - The Lost Railroad of Nepal - 4K

The Himalayan Nation of Nepal is very mountainous and it is almost impossible to build a railway system, but Nepal does have a railway with 59km of track in the southern border close to India. The Nepal Railroad Company is government owned and was used to transport goods and passengers between Janakpur, Nepal and India. India has recently helped to upgraded the Nepal railway track to a larger standard gauge but because of disrepair, lack of management and of course Covid it still isn't being used. In the future Nepal does have plans to build a new railway system all through out the whole country connecting all the major cities. A work in Progress!
