He shot her anyway

This is a Training video from Stennis in which the agents try to talk the suspect down while not allowing him to harm the girl. They are to take the suspect into custody and render aid. The judges decide the severity of injuries and the agents have to respond. The suspect forgot to shoot her when the agents came in so there was a standoff- it's like, "line?" -and then that stinker shoots her in the arm anyway! Oh, I thought she would be pissed but we all had a big laugh. The suspect caught a paint round above his safety glasses and bled into the soil as they say, but he was ok and we all got a few bumps and bruises that day.
