Try this Home Workout to get Flat Belly Fast!

Exercise 1- Frog Kicks
Exercise 2- Bicycles
Exercise 3- Leg Raise

3-4 supersets meaning you will perform the next exercise immediately after the other with no rest in between.

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds then 30 seconds rest in between sets.

If you are a complete beginner. You can do 2-3 supersets of 20 seconds each exercise.

Do this 3-4 days per week.

Progression Tips:

1. Do the exercises slow and controlled. Make sure to contract your glutes every rep to feel tension.

2. Every week strive to add more reps and sets.

3. Keep challenging yourself but make sure to not overdo it to avoid getting injured.
